Won't help engi turrets, they have less defenses and they can't even move.

Less defenses than squig and lions pet, both are mobile and have more aoe dmg reduction.

You keep giving Destro unique Order abilities while giving nothing back to Order, you also support the notion that there is no mirroring , this only seems to apply to Order not getting mirrored while destro does. Bw-Sorc, Sw-SH-Wl ( better than both sw and wl ) Zeal-Runie, you kinda also mirrored the CD decreaser - increaser , originally it was an Order thing.

NIce conversation. You gave one actual example, but it was wrong. Chop Fasta has been on Destro since Live, as a Choppa ability. Bad Gas has been on Destro since live, as a Melee Squig ability. These are on order was Whispering Winds for SM, and Shatter Limbs as Slayer. The only thing that was added was a version of Chop Fasta to Black Orc, and you'll have to go dig through the forum patch notes to figure that one out. I don't remember why.

Thank you overlord . It was whispering winds as the only cd decreaser and wizard boiling blood and Bo not in the Da face had a cd increaser , Choppa released with 20 s uptime/60s s c group CD reducer added ,Ror team reduced the CF cd to 40s and added the tactic for Bo that made their 13 pointer a Cd reducer and BB was converted into a delayed burst attack

Mirrored to them Runie got nothing
Bw got really nerfed when Kobts got nerfed -300+ resist debuff on the main damage type ( elem) while sorc retained the mirror m2 , and SM proc was changed.

It's worth noting that Chop Fasta's CD was reduced by 20s, ostensibly to equalize uptimes with WW, but of course Chop Fasta is frontloaded, requires no target, is not defendable, is 2nd in tree on a stackable class on its main RvR line, and can be used before combat. The BO version, added here, has similar advantages - basically doubling down on a major advantage for Destro, which a long time ago (before Choppas were released) was an Order advantage. Bad Gas was originally centered on the Squig Pet and had a CD of 30s, albeit it did benefit from being a "Damaging" type debuff - though those were slated to be universally phased out in favor of Hex/Ail/Curse.

Per the tactic "Da Smell Don't Bother Me": Does the heal amount increase from increased mastery points spent in the Big Bouncin line? If not, I suggest the base amount be increased. 120 hp every 5 seconds is too low to draw any interest. Previously, the tactic was not used or of any interest.

Some are good players and deserve respect for being honest.

Bring back cripple as defendable, dodge or parry, but uncleansable affliction type. That will buff certain underperforming abilities.

Specifically tie it to tactics that modify a single ability/debuff. Ensorcelled Agony for example.

Oath of Vengence is another. Garbage tier tactic, so make the toughness debuff a cripple and see if anyone can actually use it effectively. I doubt it, but we're all still testing **** out here.

can't see a reason to use this tactic anymore 0.5 secounds less on gunblast and 0.75 on snipe, very bad change imo

This made more sense to me in my head....reloading is the cool down.
- Quick Reloader: The effect of this tactic is changed to "The cool down time (Reloading) of all your abilities in the Path of the Rifleman are reduced by 25%."
- Veteran Marksman: The effect of this tactic is changed to "The cast times of all your abilities in the Path of the Rifleman are reduced by 25%."

One of the Devs did share the past notes with me months ago on the RoR added BO tactic in August 2018 and still don’t know why it was added at the time to give an advantage. Destro has two Whispering Wind which can be activated with a press of a button while SM need multiple hits and can’t preload. Simple solution is removing the non-live added RoR BO tactic and allow SM to be activated like Chop Fasta. Link for notes: viewtopic.php?f=42&t=28061&p=318227
