More an understanding of logic of RoR staff. I am a very logical person and love data and details. And would love to understand why you added this to RoR when this was not a function in LIVE.

Teleport items have cooldowns on them. At least it isn't a shared cooldown, but it could be I suppose.

Well, this one shouldn't be included, as it's no permanent item. :)
60 days though and the problem seems to be if someone plays 24/7 so 60 days should be enough even for slow ppl (like it seems we're facing here) to understand that there is no actually problem here, the whole post is basicly whining about something that's not even a problem.

Any comment from the Powers on how this change makes the game better?

Any comment on why, if there must be a cooldown, it is two hours, instead of say 20 min, like war report?
