no.. no whatever. If u die in 1v1 vs dps AM its:
A: U beed ganked (deal with it)
B: U lack of skill to kill him (deal with it)
C: U been greedy and lack of common sense (deal with it?)
Healers are ment to survive 1v1 encounters due healing nature. If any dps was been able to kill any healer solo with no problem then playing healer would be dumb and counter efective.

Is this the real life, is this just some fantasy?

If a single dps could easily dispatch of a single healer archetype, balance would be ****. DPS AM fortunately have pretty bad heals as it is, and certain classes (Mara/BG/WE/Magus/SH) can dispatch of them in 1v1 - not that it amounts to anything meaningful.

It's a group/WB game; how classes fare 1v1 is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

Depends on the group synergy of those classes.
Look at sorc, bw, slayer, choppa, all huge damage but can only perform at their limit in a group.

Shammies/AM can do similar damage as a sorc/BW and with significant kiting not available to those damage dealers. BW and Sorcs are essential for warbands for their AoE output.

They can't do similar damage, not even by far. Don't get confused with sc scoreboards.

Agree, the comment that dps am/shammy do BW/Soc damage made me laugh
Or maybe we entered the Twiligyt Zone

Sustained singel target damage AM will probobly win against all other casters tbh.

stat bolstering + toughness ignore = bolstered DoT nuke in low tiers.
toughness ignore should be limited to life tap skills.
