Maybe you were undergeared/underperforming? Maybe he wanted to invite his friend? He didn't owe you an explanation (as much as it sucks), and that is unfortunately the nature of open WBs.
I am ok with it, yes he didnt owe me an explanation, its ok. Still you should not act like a..yes, I was very disappointed because it never happened to me on order side. Never. Was many many times with many leaders and even low equipped, low level, I never get kick. Even 16 level ranged SW I was in WB with Cature, never get a kick (believe me or not, it has very big impact on your gameplay when you are accpeted as partner even on low lvl). This was my first experience to get kick without the reason, it was new for me. BUT: This was the only bad thing on destro side. All I want to say is that both sides of this game are the same. People are peole doesnt matter if play destro or order. So the destro hate has no place here.
And I underestand that leader has many things to do (in short period of time) and write and cooperate with other WBs and so, so I can imagine and understand and appreciate it. Still, the way you behave/act can tell something about you.

I'll randomly pick someone to kick for a spot for guildy, either A. get into the guild for that spot reservation, or B. don't let me catch you afk cause i got people waiting for a invite. If not afk a pm usually gets you back in and i hunt down another afker

The question i would like to ask is :what is toxic for you ?
Am i toxic for you because i write in sc chat if tanks are not guarding and dps do not assist ?
Especially as a healer this is pretty frustrating.
And yes i am convinced that those 2 issues are basics
sry for derail but since he asked.
spamming how wrong someone play,
how noob someone is.
basically 'blame everything except me'
while demanding constantly like boss.
zero effort to help others,
focusing on personal gain only.
threat to leave, not guard, not heal.
ditching grp without word.
those are toxic to me.
familiar with any of these?

With some of them

I state that tanks who are not guarding should not expect heal, simply because the dps will get priority and needs more heal due to missing guard !

I find both realms have their strengths and weaknesses when it comes to the community and how they choose to interact with others. I've played tanks on both sides now for a while and I do enjoy a certain style of play, mostly 6 man. It's fun to run around with a small strike team and be able to queue SCs when there is a lull in the fighting.
That said, Order tends to be more forgiving about forming a 6 man. I get more invites on Order for these than on Destro. Order warbands though are another matter. Order warbands tend to be very alliance or guild orientated and very rarely do you even see an open warband.
Almost all of my best memories on Destro was getting invited into a 6 man that would perform well and work together. I became a better tank because of playing with destro, but now rarely see or get invited into any 6 man groups. Meanwhile, I log into my IB and I get people looking for a good tank to run with a lot. I consistently play with good players who are decent people on order. I do lament the loss of the fun times I had on Rakthraka, but destro lacks any initiative to help anyone with anything unless it's their personal 6 man group. Destro is also more demanding on running specific builds on classes demanding people to build their character the way they want you to run it. I get making suggestions and talking about builds, but it's kind of rude to tell people how to play their chars when they perform very well with their own build. Order accepts and adapts, which is why we still have an issue with too many ranged dps and too many healers not healing. We just accept it and try our best to overcome.
To conclude, both sides really have their unique community issues, it's just about finding good people to play a game with and remembering to have fun.
