That means they wait with the reset, until everyone has a full lodt glyph set on at least three chars.

Fair enough.

At this point, if you had a fully twinked L12 toon with current BiS (best in slot) items, and they raise the level cap to L15 (as I suspect they will before T2 goes live), then Vendor Dominion green gear is in many cases better than the L11/12 gear
No need for a reset at as any Lvl cap increase renders all of the current best gear more or less worthless

Something else that may be of interest:
Sending a certain type of interrupt packet when an ability fails to go off on the server prevents it from going off on the client and blowing both the GCD and client cooldown, meaning that you won't execute a failed strike that does no damage - instead, your cooldown and GCD will immediately reset so you can retry.

i just want underline that we look from time to time from step to step if we need a reset or not. We try to finish this game without a reset but if there will be a reset or not is a thing we can`t say yet and that can change very fast.

The cast-issue is a pretty big concern for some chars. Is the fix with the interrup-package tied to your revamp of the skill/combat-system? Or can you release it as a "standalone"-fix?

Theres not really anything worth resetting ever in war. Perhaps gold from time to time so that bugs don't break the economy. Gear though becomes obsolete every few levels anyway.

I'd say ban exploiters, but past that, everything should be fine. We have more than enough time to farm gear and such before each new update comes out, so there's really not an imbalance or anything.
