On live it was similar, albeit not dot ticks but their application had a lower chance to dismount.
Dying is no option.

When an order tanks beats on my BG it never does 1 point of damages, and i can have over 1100 thoughness, but when we beat on a order tank we see it all the time.
lets thinking about this, it is okay for Order, but desto just have to suck it up and live with it.

reason for characters being broken is known, working on a fix while server is down

No it does not, it simply ONLY matters if the calculation would absorb more then 75% of the incoming damage. Its not lowering it if thats not the case.
Sorry mate, then I got it wrong, im a slowpoke in that regards :D , so what does the number (dps reduction in tooltip of thoughness) now actually mean?

I mean the tooltip for lets say 600 thoughness (-121 dps), if I would get 200 damage it gets reduced by 121? yes/no/maybe?

Exactly the same as before, only difference is that its capped out at mitigating 75% of damage
Sorry I try to understand it one more time: If my toughness would reduce 150 damage from an attack (tooltip from paperdoll), but that would lead the attack to become mitigated to zero/1, it will now only mitigate 75% on that attack so that I can get more than zero/1 dmg, so for that attack my toughness will be lowered by more than the number I actually could mitigate to get the damage?
And if the attack does a thousand dmg then the full 150 dmg will be mitigated because I still get hit for more than 75% (ignore armor and resi in this example) dmg?

please someone have mercy and explain it in stupid for me :oops:

IF YOU PLAN TO RUN DUNGEONS WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU READ RELATED PATCH NOTES AND THAT YOU RUN .lockout COMMAND AFTER YOU ASSEMBLED WHOLE PARTY.
