Guess what it is when someone rages on you for cheating when you aren't cheating? It's a **** compliment. What do you think Joker would think if someone raged on him like that? He would think he's getting a compliment. You have some mature options for dealing with it: /ignore, report it in a message to the devs, or read the text and laugh and take it as a compliment. Or, you can be a little pee pants and start a public thread to bully a guy with possible anger issues. I guess you choose the pee pants option.
