I'd really a FFA event. No faction, every race/career can group up with anyone. They did this on some wow privte server and in this situation the best and worst clases become really obvious: the classe with the best skill set or the best synergies with others start to really shine while the not so good classes are left eating dust.

random rvr\pve daily quests with a valuable reward. Medallions, emblems, seals, gold... etc.
