You can bring as many realm allies as you wish for the PQs. The final bosses for each wing are instanced for groups of 6, however. There will be no invasion mechanic as there was in Tomb of the Vulture Lord; both realms have their own instance of Mount Gunbad and will never meet each other for PvP inside the dungeon.

Will there be a pug instance variant for all of the solo players who wanna go in with no pots/talis/tactics equipped/no interest in a proper group format for boss?!

Well, Ryan is not exactly right. The main dungeon will also be instanced for 6 mans.

Yes , the whole dungeon (wings , Pq , and bosses) are party Instanced
