The only class I noticed took much more skill than any other is the Shaman/AM post changes. Everything else is pretty much just fundamentals that are not exclusive to a class, mechanically speaking your rotations on classes don't really differ much, and all you are really doing is pushing a button every 1.15 seconds and adjusting abilities based on the situation. Sure some classes have more buttons to push like BG, but that's hardly a steep learning curve.
The AM/Shaman post changes here however... have a lot more depth in terms of what they can do compared to other classes. Nothing super deep, but certainly more than the rest.
And the only thing that could possibly be considered a skill shot in this game is super punts, that being the only ability which has it's effectiveness dramatically altered by how well someone uses the ability since it's directional and not just the same effect no matter what target and shoot.
A player with good fundamentals (positioning, decision making based on environment, meta game knowledge, good use of cheese like pots/rr abilities, etc... ) can go from class to class and pretty much master them after a few hours at level 40.
