Pure out of curiosity but i never saw Impale or even Rend on your action bars.
You just use your debuffs and than autoattack until debuffs are out of CD or?
Bit confused here.

Still doesnt make sense not using anny filler tho.
You lose a ton of dmg.
+ brut proc is great burst inbetween your sav debuffs.

Well well well. For fillers I used to use rend and flail as well, but lately I have preferred corruption because it adds an ailment. In many situations I find rend to be too slow.
I have used impale/guil in group play when using deeply impaled. I also prefer the trade off of using ST instead of PB for the init, especially for solo roaming. I would probably win more fights if I swapped more often for the monstro proc...
