Too many people disliked it I guess, and since Aza can't enact changes he finds satisfactory, he doesn't want to enact the changes at all. If I had to speculate, at least.

It has already been explained more than once in this thread.

I have read through, and the only explanation I have seen is that melee healing was too powerful. So, now we get to go back to the backline caster is too powerful. At least with the .ab ex, that got more people playing as a frontline healer, which was the purpose of the patch.

It's because you just spam RS and TF essence and we can't do anything properly about that without client control.
