Less than 6 months. We (staff) might start testing it in less than 1 month.

This will also remove the ability to use multiple accounts on a single device. If you have another player who uses your PC, time to start saving up. Luckily, WAR runs on just about any piece of crap made in the past couple of years.

That's amazing news. Xrealming is one of the things that is really taking out the enjoyment out of the game, which is a crying shame as you guys have improved it already so much. What I loved about the old WAR was the campaign (you're tweaking RvR mechanic and I know the wider campaign will follow in due course) and realm pride. The latter is being killed by x-realming and now that you'll be fixing that, hopefully we can see a comeback of that, especially if you guys are also considering things like keep claiming for guilds, etc.

Personally, I don't care about RR or shinies. I just want to fight, I want to have a good fight and I want one where people really go for it as they want to have their realm bask in the glory of victory. But, hey, maybe I'm an odd-ball and in the minority.

Xrealming is definitely ruining the T4 experience, shouldn't be able to play both sides just cause the side you're playing on is losing, Also being able to log back in at a keep battle. Laming the hell out of a good game.

@wargrimnir Sorry if it was answered already. Any chance to increase the number of characters from 10 to 12? Since 10 is max i have a 2nd account with order aswell (40/41).
And would it be possible to Transfer a character aswell? I would then delete the 2nd account. Would be sad to loose an character.

For whatever it's worth, I play only one faction, and only one character at that, and I think an 8 hour lockout- if possible would be perfect. That way if someone wants to switch sides they more or less have to log out and go to sleep, but can play whatever they want the next day.

I am not big fan of a huge lockout. I recently made destruction character not to play for rewards but to play when there is nothing to do on order in t4. I know it is hard but I hope they can disable the rewards from the zone that is active as you switch. That should be a good start imo anyway.

I am a fan of faction lock.
1 Side allowed, finished.
I spend hours for hours with fights because enough guys/womens change to the other faction to def and get rr.
My longest fight was 13.5 hours because always why enough change to get the best rr.
I hate it and it destroys my game so my motivation is gone.
I play sometimes but have the feeling at all in the last week that the fighting population is decreased.
As i started i saw at highest point 1200 active games.
Now the highest was 700 or something else.
Should be in mind why this happens.
So at time the RvR T4 is really broken from my point of view and will have a look for a time before i stop completely(hope they will have a good solution before but game is not rl).

I used to be against a total faction lock since I like being able play all the careers and do the des storys. Since playing again and installing that realmpop addon Ive seen that every keep fight the same number that one side loses the other side gains. So yeah xrealming has gotten worse from 6 months ago when I played. Maybe a faction lock is the only solution.

That's funny...I always see one side remain the same and the other side log off after winning or giving up. I would like to see actual analytics instead of hearsay. I long for the day when I don't have to hear people whine about losing because x-realming instead of better players or coordination on the other side.
