You know what the deal is?

NOT removing rewards from RvR. As BOs gave rewards, all ppl did was taking empty BOs, avoiding each other. Now they flip empty zones. Yeah, great.

The deal is, ppl are LAZY and are sticking with the zerg, rather than think.

Last night we had quite a run with order. Ppl were active, due to the rr-capincrease. But guess what?
If not for 8 ppl guarding BOs, that entire night would've gone down the drain. NO ONE else cared, we were alone out there, with our group, while BO after BO was burning. If not for our 10-12 BO-retakes, those sieges would have ended rather fast. Door immune, ppl moaning, blaming xrealmer, blaming Devs.

Made 2,5 rr-ranks that evening, scored 125+ kills with a group of 8, so no one could say, we had a boring time.

Do you really think, ppl would start defending those BOs, if there would be an Inf/Exp/rr-reward for that? They would still zerg the keep, blind as a bat, firing skill after skill, without looking back, 'till the doors are immune.

You answered your own question. Are people defending BO's now? No. They aren't now and they won't later.

BO flipping is the main action in RvR. Yeah, the keeps are there, but which component sees more action? BO's or keeps?

Put back rewards for taking BO's.

The question was, would ppl defend the BOs, if there would be a reward for it. The answer is simple. No, they wouldn't
As BOs still gave a reward, ppl did avoid fighting most of the time and if a siege was on, they zerked the **** out of the keep, without looking back.

So the only thing you would get, would be constant BO-swapping, while wbs would avoid each other, to farm RR as fast as possible.

So your gain for RvR is? Ppl with more RR, that aren't even fighting each other?
I don't see any gain on that.

i blame devs (GM and all the others who agree with the xrealm chat and accept x-faction gold trade in forum) to promote xrealm :)

there must be 1 keep for each side in zone, that locking zones by taking BO (flags) is so bad

You ppl seem to be forgetting that the rvr campaign/mechanics is a work in progress and devs have already stated on the forums bo's will play a very important part in the future.

My bad how i didnt mention the 1 factor that makes the biggest difference ,"Xrealmin", imagine if xrealmin wasnt possible !! game would be amazing and have no issues at all :D :D

YEP :)

lets imagine a game where the xrealm was considered a wrong way to advance from alfa to beta, where the players cant change factions in 30 secs, where players cant talk with the enemy faction in chat, where ppl dont trade gold from destro to order in game forum like is "normal"...yep lets imagine :)
