I'd Really like it if we did more RVR, even if we are only one group and we have to pack the WB out with PUGS, been seen together as a group in the lakes will help recruitment. we should use the voice coms ( SOD'sGameVox or get our own), All members of the guild should have the add on Enemy installed so that they can light up the WB leader and their guard. We should have proper tactics: Flanking, Bombing, and no running away (this only brings the enemy onto your healers, and end one way), this way everyone knows what they should be doing, and the WB leader does not have to micro manage. Gear, well empty Tali slots at lvl 40 is inexcusable (If a member needs help then they should not be afraid to ask) I have 200: Tali making, Cultivation, and Apothecary.

Can I suggest Discord for voice coms maybe, it is completely free to set up a server and use.

Sounds good to me, really. Though I firstly prefer to sort out this nonsense friction that is going on, lest I might as well join Jelnia. I am here for in depth RP and RVR, not power struggle nonsense.

I am not trying to take power Volerius, I wouldn't know what to do really, I don't know enough people in the guild personally, although, as much as I hate to see the old hierarchy go, Avsalom may be a good choice for leader.
