5 pieces of Ruin - you can easily detect Ruin gear due to set attribute
24 classes - irrelevant, gear is gear, you only check if it is "Ruin set gear" and if it includes "Talismans"
Hundreds of players affected - irrelevant, it's PL/SQL query

Waste of time - you have asked "how to do that", I've answered you. Your response is "it's waste of time" showing that instead of searching for a simple solution you have chosen the "alpha" solution. I respect your decision, but I do not agree with it.

Again, it's not a simple solution, it's a waste of DB dev time.
I respect your decision, but I do not agree with it.

I'm up for deleveling every char to R1/RR1 and removing all items/gold/unlocks etc. :D just keeping char names :>

Well, it would be like on live, some people would rush to t4, others would enjoy lvling and other tiers.

Or I guess it's just me :roll:

Nah, not only you.
I'll have to have a closer look at my T1 set as I think I've some lvl11 green stuff in it so will have to be replaced with a lower version. Will work to have a set for every RvR tier now that I know the debolster requirements.
