The only issue with lifetaps is the abundance of absorbs you run into in pvp. If lifetaps worked just before absorbs (but at a slightly reduced effectiveness to compensate) it would be a big help to hybrid specs for both AM/Shammy and DoK/WP.

There are classes out there that strip absorbs. Team up with them. Like dps AM/Shamie.

There are multiple problems with this statement.

DPS Shaman/AM do not take the 25% chance to remove a blessing tactic. Why? Because its bad. There are much better things to slot. Even if you do remove a blessing whos to say it won't be a HoT, as opposed to an absorb bubble. Additionally, AM/Shaman's absorb bubbles are enchantments and can't be removed in this way. This is also neglecting to mention the plethora of morale based absorb abilties that you of all people should be aware of.

Even if you were to 'team up' with another class specifically to counter absorb bubbles so you can use your lifetaps at that point why not just get a heal spec healer that isn't useless and be done with it. Also DPS Shaman is not comparable to DPS AM. DPS Shaman is just flat out worse.

im a selfish jerk, so i dont actually play group friendly classes, the more self sufficient the better for me.

before ppl start asking the classic why play an mmo then bla bla bla social game bla bla bla, well, i dont do pve mmos either. it mostly boils down to playing an AI is boring as hell, its much more fun to hunt something that has some kinf of a brain.

also, did i mention i dont like ppl much ;p

When absorb pops up in big bright yellow capital letters. Switch target. 2 dot tics and the absorb is gone and you can go back to that target.

Absorbs are the least of the problems, they work pre mitigration so they are stripped away increable fast.
Guard, Detaunt and Challange, Disrupt is what makes Lifetaps useless.

You shouldn't be getting challenged at range. You shouldnt be targeting someone guarded.
Even so anything in need of you switching from dps to lifetap will have a heal debuff reducing regular heals anyway.

An answer on the OP

1- Solo (all tiers) means that I can que for SC's. Being in a grp/wb does not work for me.
2- WB;s ... fly all over the place...zerg hive mind, no one listens, it is all mindless stupid and moronic.... BO1 to BO2 to BO3 to BO4 to Keep.... rinse and repeat ad nauseum in all zones till I puke!
Unless Avocetii is leading on Order. His WB's pay attention and follow commands. I will gladly ride in those. As yet Destro does not have a decent battle commander.
3- PUG Premades; BOOORRRIINNNGGGGGG ..... all they do is chase down solo players to stroke their eppens.

ONLY groups I join are Guild/Alliance premades or those with people I knew from live. The ONLY time I will be in a WB and not just surfing the zerg because I am being lazy, is a closed private WB with a leader I can trust, (like Avo as mentioned above).
