first off its false to say that kotbs will not run str aura because they need too for encouraged aim tactic
I dont think that that here is the right place to discuss the reason why not to run str-aura. We can do it in the emp-sub-forum if you like. Thats why I answer a little unorthodox. Just watch some vids and tell me how many times you have seen a kotbs running str-aura.

TenTonHammer wrote: secondly you dont run x2 chosen because of aura redundancy, chosen does not have as many useful auras and tactics as kotbs who accutly are viable to run 2 of
I wrote some arguments in a previous post.
TenTonHammer wrote: second why i ask once again do you need a 25% meh inchd when you have dps classes that can provide you 50% inc hds, 6v6 is all about focusing target and bursting them down through guard which is why st 50% inchd is better than a AoE 25%
I already answered that question to you:
Keyser wrote: Some reasons why to use healdebuff
1. As a chosen you only need two auras with str-, tough- or res. The other auras besides healdebuff are way too weak.
2. Cleansing Wind
(3. Sometimes usual healdebuffs get cleansed even if thats very unlikely.)
TenTonHammer wrote: DA biggest debuff 1/7 stats on random targets with every proc for 10s Chosen auras reliably debuff a certain stat with 100% uptime so its better to have str, tough and resists up anyway
I am not sure, but the chances should increase when using ae, right?
Btw additionally to Da Biggest the ability Big Swing debuffs str as well. Now as long as the mdds dont take ws-potions we are fine.
TenTonHammer wrote: blessings and enchantments can be severed and in a fight the zells or shams might not have the time to waste a GCD on reapplying them
Since the spell is ae and runs for 20s it is no big problem to keep it on your target.

lol wut?

do you even math bro?

3000 armor x0.6 (for 60% armor pen) = 1800 so slayer would ignore only 3000 -1800 of the classes armor with 1200 for mitigation

3000 + 825 from carpace x0.6 = 2295 so slayer would not ignore 1530 of the targets armor ergo the slayer will be dealing less damage because more armor = more damage mitigation from armor = less dmg

He even PM'd me after my post. Funny lil pal :D

PS for all: Sprout Carapce on lvl40 with maxed tree is actually 1320 Armor and 500 Resi.

Assuming they follow the same rules as standard stats meaning they are softcapped to some degree

was it also supposed to overlap or ontop of existing buffs?

since right now buffs just overlap same buff type, going with whichever has higher value.

if it adds to existing, then its a clear winner ;p

if it doesnt, then Id say it depends on the group you are with

Since it is a Moral, it stacks with all other non-moral statbuffs/armor stuff

Exactly. So in fact you can run with Pot(or Covenant) + Itemprocc(like the old Empire Inf Chalice/Book for example with the 660 armor procc) + Tactic(zealot HoT one for example) + Sprout Carapace(or DoK m4 in that case). Even if you overcap it way over the 75% softcap, you will still profit from high armor, since you will never fight against any melee that doesnt at least have like 30% armorpen.

I was told item procs don't stack

Mainly looking at the resists that are often capped already. Does not sound as impressive as ID, even if it lasts a lot longer

It counts as a normal buff and doesn't stack. The dwarf racial tactic does however.
