The only ones who do are DPS healers not wanting you to see their INT/STR gear in my experience. Of course, which just leads to it being pretty safe to assume a healer you can't inspect to not actually be a healer, haha.

I remember this feature from live. Back in the day people used it because they were afraid of what wore because people "might" steal their gear build. Or they were ashamed of what they were wearing

Why is this such an issue to some people ? That is beyond me.
Use the armory if you want to check the gear of someone.

Luckily this community is not like in WoW where gearcheck became a pre-requisite to be invited.
My main is Grace WP but if someone dares to tell me something about my gear or talis or something else I will tell him something I would not dare to say on forums.
