they already know about this server and this website they shutdown a freind of mine who was working on war server they told him to close or face court ect so he stoped dev the war they also said they know of this place and the server

then rip i gues... but i dont get it why the ƒuck dont they just keep the servers up make it f2p and make a ingame shop like every single f2p has... GW Intellectual Property Policy
Ask a lawyer: Gaming and IP issues
As i see it, GW has no rights to declare a cease and desist because of the development of this private server. Their intellectual property is completely clientside (models/textures/names). The homepage is using neutral names (e.g. "Return of Reckoning" instead of "Warhammer Online Returns").
As long as the devs don't decide to put pink dinosaurs (wielding giant chainsaws!) in the game, i don't see any difficulties.
And last not least, this project is non-profit.

They could go after the website because of the depictions of GW IP, but based on what you've posted up there, they can't hit the emulator itself.
