so is the repeatable stalker quest meant to be able to have different sets, or does it only work if you dont have the item yet??

You can repeat it ad infinitum for stalker pieces, its the same set every time.

The point is that all those people who claim they lost their stalker gear are now able to get it again, was not possible before.

hmm but quest giver doesnt have the quest, is it bugged? I asumed its because i already have the item. I would love to have 2 gloves for example for off and heal wp.

If i would play DPS dok it would be unfain in my view just give it to wp only. It's a general tactic that give you a 50% spammable damage aoe debuff; It's not something wp rotation only related; there is no reason to give it to wp only. Give it to dok alredy
