True. Reason could be it is forbidden. Bitterstone Army regulations tome 2, chapter 11, page 445. :"...any form of soliciting with the enemy is forbidden and be punished by exile, Trouser leg ritual or shooting squad. Only form of advert of disciplinary action is the Slayer oath."
OR the reason is: no bearded, drunk Vikings with guns on destro side.
