Don't panic !! chacked and your account is activated. So if you still have issues, should you maybe describe a little bit more what happens .

Hello, i'm a new player and i need an account activation. Thank you.

Hi there,

I haven't played now for a while and just tried to log in but I could not logon to the server. The game launches to the main screen where the server list gets loaded and then I get a authentication failed message.

A friend of mine just tried it with his account on my computer and he had no issues, so the problem must be on my account.

Is my account deactivated or something?

EDIT: Found the problem, something was wrong with my windows user profile. Recreated it and it works like a charm. Thanks Microsoft for waisting 3h of my life (again)

My Friend get also no activation email. His Username is kleinpele.

But now after the Hotfix i cant start the Game anymore, the Launcher says after many retrys
always: The account is not Active.
