The server is undergoing a lot of restarts due to numerous hotfixes that we have to push to live so you can play smoothly.
I know it's frustrating to have multiple restarts every few minutes, sorry for the inconvenience.

Server up? In ror launcher i click connect warhammer launched but then im not see server list or my character

Same here. Click Connect and I get to the title screen but it doesn't load the server
