Yes it's a direct damage attack, so it could proc all kind of stuff.
Edit: or do you mean always = 100% procchance?
I just tested it, doesn't proc 100% on axe throw for me.

It's highly probable these problems were already mentioned, but for the Greater Good's sake.
1) Unlimited pet range after pet was set to attack and pets teleporting through all kind of terrain, walls including. Pets also pursue and attack stealthied characters.
2) Turrets and demons attacking through the walls, stealth does not help.
3) AoE attacks through the walls.

I think the marauder gifts were changed into a buff. They weren't actually weapons.
Didn't they change that so that marauders could dual wield and get the stats for their offhand from that.

Gifts definitely are considered as toggle-able buffs yes.

I Think its worth mention that Zealot Loading Heal Skills are sometimes keep getting stucked very very annoying didn't have that problem on my sorc when it came to damage abillitys.

Exactly, it was changed so that the mara had to equip two weapons like the other classes. As far as i remember, at the beginning the offhand was a clone of the mainhand.Telen wrote:I think the marauder gifts were changed into a buff. They weren't actually weapons.

I just to forward a couple things I noticed which may/may not be issues... (but I think they are)
Rune of Preservation doesn't seem to be cast as a proper detaunt.... I'm not sure still testing it but I noticed often it won't cast the first time I tried to use it.. As a detaunt it should always fire IMO..
Fiery Blast diameter is far too large and crit almost every hit as well as the mentioned casting time bug.
Diameter of Scorched Earth is also too large, it seems
Oh, and Boiling Blood also doesn't work like intended with the first tick hitting as a direct attack and removing detaunt... I guess that's related to the known bug though...

Some bug is sometimes permanently keeping me in combat after leaving an SC.
Combat Log says I have multiple HoTs still ticking on me but they dont actually heal for anything. (They run indefinitely)
Since it keeps me in combat, I have my morale building up all the time and can pretty much start any fight with M1. Seems to affect other people too since they do the same to me.

It happens when you leave a scene with a hot on you, or a healer leaves for sc while you have his hot on you. The biggest problem is that it prevents your hp renegeration and you can't leave the game through menu. Can be removed by
1) Crashing the client
2)The same hot, placed on you by another healer
3)Joining a scene and dying there
