So, what do you guys think? Maybe changing CD is the way to go for making 2H BGs more desirable? Or do you guys still want your KD?

They want the KD, they wont stop until they get the KD.

Given the discussion that's already taken place, I will give priority to any means of making 2h BG viable which doesn't involve giving them a KD.

I don't think they will get the KD. So i'm just giving other suggestions. If they stay with the "gimme a KD or dont give me anything" stance, they probably won't get anything.

I still think changing Blade of Ruin to something more enticing for a 2h BG is something that should be considered, maybe something like increases the BGs damage against that target (still requiring all the requirements to use + 2h), if you are going to give up a 5 sec KD and shield surivability, make it worth while.

Don't forget that order's healing is alot more effective as a result of all these types of tactics and abilities. Even the IB has access to Crit buffing.

Even if the core of the problem is how IB 2h is actually viable and BG is not and its not related to the KD, every IB that is going 2h is getting Cave in so almost everyone will point at the glaring difference as the root of the issue.

So they will not shut up until they get a KD.

Hell, i would also cry and moan for the goblin racial for my AM even if what i really need is not to move faster but to be able to do **** while i move.

10 sec debuff 10 sec cd, undefenadable if used with 100 rage

Think the problem with tanks is that they are the class that is supposed to have the most tools for CC, but they have the least.

What if BoR was something else besides a lack luster DoT? Like an armor debuff that could perhaps even stack? like the old choppa armor debuff? any one remember that? You could make it require 2h

Also if you set CD to groups chance to crit, wouldn’t that mean that you could no longer benefit from it? Like the kotbs tactic?

Oh it's related to the KD. I've extensively played a 2h Vengeance IB and a 2h Malice BG (live and on RoR) and currently still play those specs. Everyday (on live and currently) when you switch between the IB and BG it is a monumental difference having the KD and not having the KD, to say otherwise is a grand delusion or complete lack of experience. Having an on-demand hard CC that does a considerable amount of damage is HUGE.
