Im pretty sure Lions could be summoned on move though.
Currently the channel breaks and goes on cd.

I believe Telen is correct. I recall pets can be summons while you are moving.

This is correct. Lions can (could) be summoned while moving.
Squigs cant.
It's kinda hard to compare WL to SH, since they are supposed to be balanced by Maras and SW as well. 4-class-mirrors, kinda...

can you fix the interrupt when you move it puts the skill on cooldown this goes for anything that has a cooldown. artic blast does not apply snare either

Also when lion dies it doesn't go on cd for 15s. Like it did on official.
This was true for squigs too but only the type that died went on cd.

Not sure if it falls under the melee abilities as noted in the major bugs section and it might be known already but:
Class: Blackguard
Ability: Shield of Rage
Description: It often misfires so nothing happens, but unlike some of the melee abilities the cd is not spent either which results in players having to press ability, wait for gcd and again until cd is spent.
