It has been a while since I played it in t3 3k just seems very large.

Not sure exit wound will be as good as live even when toughness is fixed.

I do recall clearly EW hiting 2k in t3

Okay, well, it should be:
10 sec left (application) tick #1
6 sec left tick #2
2 sec left tick #3
0 sec left - explosion

The OP's screenshots look okay but your screenshots Bat are looking out of hand. Can you confirm that screenshot is borked? It looks like you have 4 ticks showing up in 2. Sometimes damage clumps together in lag. So you might have 800,800, 800, 2200 explosion? That would make more sense than what you posted.

That's what I get for leaping into a thread, I thought Battosai's screenshot is what we were talking about. That damage reported 1600 and 3k has gotta really be 4 ticks. There's no other explanation.

i didnt bother takeing more screenshots - but i can play the wh again today and post a few more i think.
it's not borked and the ending tick of BaL always hits that high if i watch my positioning and it crits.

As I've said before: BAL working correct here.

Feinted positioning skips GCD. So you're wrong on that one.

Also, I remember critting oil(!) for 3k on live, with BAL, and that was with bugged lotd weps and conq gear, so 3k+ crit, even on a lowbie, sounds over the top to me.

Just improove your armor - all I can say
Cos with current cap it impossible for WH have 50% armor ignore buff and BAL at the same time.

Indeed. We have nowhere near the dmg bonus required to achieve such damage.

always been possible to do that on wh - you have all the important damage multipliers at hand already in t3 - the only thing that you'll gain in t4 is SoD and increasing the bonus damage from my 168 atm to above 200.
so as i said before it's always been possible and if you have a fraction of knowledge and insight about the way melee plays in this game, easily doable.
also you should not forget that when playing solo, it's kinda hard to apply all of that burst as well as covering it with seeker's blade and fervor so it does not get cleansed.

@ wender88 - if you did hit the oil that low with the gear you mentioned your tactics, positioning and gearing was propably not optimized.
