That being said, even if you do link the image correctly, that still doesn't mean that's the right way to go about reporting someone.

If you feel they are in violations of the rules, use the proper channels to report them. I linked you the correct way to report someone in my post.

Trying to name and shame on the forums, throwing a little tempura tantrum, isn't the way to go about it.

It does not matter if he sees it or not, you don't report players on the forum publicly - period.

If you believe somebody is acting against the Code of Conduct/Terms of Service, you PM a member of staff (me or others).
