Is Order just more zerg heavy?

I have seen a shift in population that heavily favors Order. But, even when the factions are 50/50 or 51/49 it always seems like Order is always out zerging while Destro is usually queuing for scenarios.

Apart from that you make it seem as if zergs are a problem and everyone should just queue scenarios.
