Actually I changed my mind I have the best alternative ever to champion marks, everybodys favourite thing, Triumphant insignias! How many per, idk, 5-10 or something like that can't make it too easy afterall.

Mats for +25 talis coming from cities would make 100% sense, cities should be the endgame for BiS characters, and yea yea I know, cities had their issues, but majority of these were caused by matchmaking and I believe could be fixed/improved.

I had to wait till they made it accessible via Crests!
Although good attempt to try to revive the mod, but even if that happens it will be changed again, you just have to be patient.
