After a lot of testing, I also agree. Our damage is roughly the same as before, but our defense is much worse.
I believe the playstyle they want us to use is the self-heal Bloodlust (tactic) on exhausts and the Cooldown-Reduction Tactic. The challenge with that in trying to compensate for the additional incoming damage is:
-and KD and you're dead
-and disarm and you're dead
-if you're kited you can spam Wild Chopping for a heal but it won't overcome the damage, you just die slightly slower if a dot is on you
-made it complicated to play (not a higher skill ceiling complicated, but annoying complicated) because you have to GCD pots and stare at your Rage indicator all the time.
@Balance team, what is the harm in simply reversing the Yellow damage reductions and seeing how that plays out?
