I would actually like a lvl cap increase for more BO /SM usefulness

If not, can /xp off be introduced? Having a deserted t1-t2(12-21) is not good. Plus it would be nice to be able to avoid the bwrape trains.

What about xp off? I know it has been discussed before, but the 12-21 is very fun.
