CBA to dig for the Az quote but I am pretty sure its like 1 WP = 0.025% disrupt (completely negligible)

Order now also has access to the new renown jewelry, so you are looking at ~150 more spirit res, in a lot of cases. Sorcs where bombing the **** out of people because order was for the most part forced into using corp/ele resist jewelry and trading out gear w/ spirit on it for talisman slots.
