100% this. Before we talk about rewards for forts, we need to talk about the general pattern that has been established and how to break it. Otherwise you can rename the thread to "Unique rewards for Order players and Xrealmers".

OP has some nice ideas, but if the core problems are not dealt with, it will just accelerate the problem, just as Gara said.
His posts were before my last version, with stats given. I reworked the original post with feedback :) also added stats buff for outnumbered faction

Most of us can entertain both questions at the same time. In addition, the two questions are not mutually exclusive. The idea here is to introduce new factors into the game which would serve to increase interest in the game and therefore encourage more people to play the game, all of which is moot if the current pattern of population decrease continues. You guys seem to want to make this personal. I am simply trying to argue why implementing some of tromat's ideas in some fashion would be beneficial.

As for X-Realming, you might as well write an anti-glacier post. People have and will continue to X-Realm whether any of tromat's ideas are implemented or not, until there are no more people to X-Realm.

You know who should get big damage buffs? Players who defend the forts against overwhelming numbers. Winning a fort when you outnumber your opponent by 3/1 or more is not a great achievement, it's just a zerg.
