I would say that the most important benefit of balance changes is creating a fun game, so Red has a point.
You basically just play Short Temper+Accuracy for Small scale and RvR, or you go accuracy+push for more for RVR/single target stuff, and then Accuracy+jagged is also an option which is what a lot of people were running anyway. The hilarious thing is that Slayer doesn't have the block/parry bypass that it used to so spamming Flurry is less effective than it used to be etc. etc., which is what made Accuracy applicable in blob fights to begin with.
Overall, the class is still fine, I guess, these changes just don't make sense lmao. This patch was really bad and I'm sure by now the balance team is aware of that and all we can do is remain hopeful that moving forward more care and attention is provided to changes.

Bingo. Though, I'd suggest that SW and SH become more ST oriented than they already are and leave the AOE to the magic and engi classes.
