If you're cleansing on cool down even without the mechanic you're refreshing your own hot anyway. This is a non issue, imo. Cleanse someone else in that case if you're worried about maxing out.

With stacking I assume he mean to pair it with a cd reduction to be able to spam cleanse and have a 5 stack of the hot ticking. Seeing as am/shaman both required to be paired with a cd reduction to be effective this combo was very strong in small scale.

Oh for real?? Wth is this really the case that Am/Sh green clean is not stacking with itself? It was stackable with itself even without the tactic so this is just plain nerf to shammy/am because when you have 2x of them on target even without the tactic, it is 2x absorbs so even if shattered, still one absorb left.

in PvP when healing with shaman/am this tactic is in every of my Heal specs. Pls return it to original form. Nerfing again unique good things away from the game is what has left us feeling like there isnt much we can do that matters. The Homogenization to the max obviously kills unique identities of the classes, and leaves it colourless, so why would anyone actually play

This is why RoR is Defensive/Passive and much more boring Meta instead of Original Offensive(most soloers were full offensive even in RoR 7-8yrs ago) full of Crit dmg increases/Active Gameplay Meta, everyone wants that meta back obviously.

I was unaware that it stacks with itself even without the tactic. I haven't played shaman in six or seven years. Given the short duration, low value, and cd perhaps it should indeed stack. RP has quite a lot of cleanse potential for the group with the new rune system. Shaman/AM can fill the role of spam cleansing a single target when paired with WW.

Is Green Cleanin' shatterable? I mean the hot that comes with the tactic.
