Intention of Stats cap is to spread around the stats instead of focusing on one. You don't want to see a glass cannon MDPS with 20:1 KD ratio running around.
Keep in mind, WAR/ROR is not the only MMO that does this. Popular MMOs does this to keep sure all players have a equal footing for fair playing.
If all a player has to do is stack full glass cannon to go 20:1 KD then i think the game design is at fault. This would probably mean guard/healing or some class mechanic is way too strong.

Hulk no smash anymore. Hulk happy. But Hulk has still some smash power on T2 RvR influence hands!
(yes, this is a case of "reached one hand, takes whole arm" - but only for fairness reasons!)

Finally got around to it. Mostly bad Willpower itemization on non-healer gear
But there's a clear mistake on the weapon dps (38.3) on the greenskin 2H of Woe vs the Chaos/Dark Elf (40.6) -
similar items displayed for comparison
For the record - I also added in there too and there are Str and Weaponskill on two blue chalice's that shouldn't have melee stats too
Where possible I posted analagous items with more correct itemization to show items that were already correct or have been corrected whilst this one hasn't
hope this helps, and we see these updated,
Many thanks
[updated for clarity]

What's the problem with toughness on those items? I thought the point of this thread was to replace completely useless stats? But toughness is useful for everyone.
Sidenote: I'm not sure how the database is structured but instead of cleansing single items, one could write a simple (reuseable) tool replacing all stats of certain types in gear for certain classes with more useful ones. Only problem is: hybrid classes.

Look more closely, I'm suggesting that Tou (white) is correct and Willpower (red) is not - the item of the analagous type/stats was there as a comparison as mentioned in the post...
