WE drops a tier if WL pet gets fixed. As of right now WE has no actual counters so they can easily win/disengage any fight.
Something to take into consideration in solo play, how popular is a classes hard counter? Example: if WL is under played due to pet bug in solo, WE will often flourish more. Also with deftard nerf it hurt a lot of solo classes.
All these are not based on what classes I think are the strongest, it's based on how many matchups (solo) they can win against.
You missed IB in your list...
Fixed, ib is incredibly strong, 2nd best in my opinion. He just lacks options to stop people from resetting fights.

True, but solid tactics can still lead to many solo kills.

The IB is ridiculously broken in solo play, and it's really a shame. But we can also mention the shammy DPS and the AM. Nowadays, in solo roaming, you only come across these classes. I think I spotted a sorcerer who was very often solo, and all I can say is that this gamer has nerves of steel!
