As an IB you will gain more cc at higher levels. As a group support tank you will be a buff and cc machine. Being able to switch guard, making sure your oath friend is consistently buffed and putting pressure on their healers is your main role(s).

Look at some of the career builders and play with the different builds, there were some very good IBs on live that were 2h specd offensive based. The problem isn't with the mechanics, its with your play style.

Ask other IBs in game who you see doing well in scs, grps or solo, what they are doing and try to mirror that style of play. Most of all take your time to learn your skills and what effect they have.

1. Hold the Line! / Build morale
2. Flee
3. Champ challenge (morale 1)
(Snare if needed)

Now roll destro and try catch a SW ;)

Flee = SW uses his ranged KD on you. By the time you get up your Flee is almost over and he is at 60 feet away from you. Try getting close and he will use a ranged snare. Use Juggernaut andhe will use his AoE snare self punt.

Chosen can't get close to a decent SW. You only have a chance if you block the KD/snare.

only chance is to jump on rdps when he doesnt expect it - check where the rdps is located, use other path to reach him. If u use direct path u cant do a **** usually cuz even when u can flee, rdps can flee too.

if u manage to jump on sorc it shouldnt be hard to kill the sorcs. for SWs, BWs resolute defence is must cuz u can expect kd, self punt, root.

if rdps use detaunt, then CC you and use flee - nothing you can do at all

doesnt even have to be a "decent" one, i see a lot of bad sws do that exact same thing right now, atleast bg has monstrous rending for some ranged dmg

Chosen and KOTBS being able to use flee like mdps charge due to aura ap regen tactic was broken, i hope this is addressed on this server and not allowed

people, it needs to figure out how to eliminate the disadvantages of the pursuer, if it is just after for the persecutionist, but in range. In reality persecutionist is hacked, but it counting server so that the persecution is out of reach

yea its kinda annoying when the game shows you are right "inside" the enemy and you still cannot use any melee abiltiies.

same annoying when you play the rdps and the game shows you are like 20ft away and still u get snared by melee ability
