Its as if you didnt read my first post...

leading is not easy and not rewarded. a leader puts in more effort for the same reward as someone who is half-arsing their way while watching The Office on a separate monitor.

demanding they let everyone in when you are not aiding or rewarding them in any shape or form is pretty entitled.

you can form newb wbs that accept anybody and try to lead them with discord being optional. good luck.

You like many others are failing to keep in mind its NA late night and low pop.Hardly anyone is one but yet a pug is turned into a closed wb for no reason.

NA or not, making a warband does not oblige you to be pug friendly. you can lead your warband however you want, and other players can either join you or leave the group. No matter whats the situation warband leader has ultimate and only say in how the warband is ran, and i personally agree that RoR is a game of free will where you cant make someone do something, whether its a good thing or not. Just as you cant forbid slayers from playing 2H builds you cant make other players make only open pug warbands, if they want to have something a bit more competitive its their and only their choice.

You can say as often as you want, that people don't read properly but how about you miss the point here? You even clarify once more what you mean in this quote and all responses are directed to it.

It doesn't matter whether someone closes a previously open warband and kicks players - no matter how justified or how much of a d***move it is.
You are not entitled to find an open warband or stay in a warband, when the lead makes a choice.
You can adapt to the new situation by either playing required classes or by making your own warband, if no other open WB with less restrictions is available.

You have made a scenario with your own information and idea. You are also telling people how to and what to play. Odd that you would bring up adapting to new sistuations, when you are in fact limiting.

I have went back and view your posts and replies just from a few months ago and you are talking about server pop and server pop times. Low pop matters.

Notihng like telling others to roll diff specs but still failing to see that low ranks are not being let in.

Like it or not but they are right. Asking WB leaders to play a certain way is the limiting thing to do.

I know you must think that you're arguing for the new low level player, which is great, but barring them from WBs is not the biggest issue. The biggest issue is not teaching them that they have to play together to win. This is something that first has to be taught without the dependence on others.

One way to tackle this could be where the game creates a "Forces of Order/Destruction 1" War Band by default (same name as the new player default guild). It can be a fully open WB WITHOUT a WB leader which tries to set up a 2 2 2 composition automatically on a first come basis. This means it can have 0 members as well. If the 1st WB is full, the game can open a "Forces of Order/Destruction 2" War Band. Upto a max limit (depending on the population).

The obvious issues are that without a WB leader they would probably not know what to do or where to go but atleast they would have a chance to play the game like it was supposed to and have fun rather than dropping off for being rejected from other WBs or for getting zerged and dying a lot without a chance to fight back. This way we don't take away the value of the current WB system where the leader matters.

Autoband kick should be removed from the game. If you want to have wb only for 40 then create closed one and use lfg channel.
