update patcher to fix event cloak

Went to collect the level 40 [Eastern Wyvern Egg] and it was not there.

Yeah, is that intended? Looks like the 50 WC reward is in its place. If anything, replace the lvl 10 item so the 40 is available.

Last year eggs got very low chances of dropping :
- RoR Aegis (perma)
- Dragon's Cloak (the red one you got for killing 1k dragons)
- Aviator Googles
- Regenerative firework launcher
- Endless mustard bowl (pie launcher)

I farmed like 900-1200 eggs last year, and dropped like 1 firework, 1 aegis, 2 cloaks and 2 mustard bowls, to give you slight odds... :p
