Doesnt seem remotely balanced with AM's counterpart, wich only boost the channeled duration of one skill.
Looks like to be 240 toughness reduction (with maxed tree), wich is in fact a buff to everyone else by 240 offensive stat. Merry Christmas.
Max debuff value on every other DoT in the game is about 120, and is generally not aimed at a so much universal damage reducing stat as Toughness (most similar debuffs affecting one magic resistance, initiative or offensive stats).
So either nerf/remove this added debuff (on a 20s duration DoT its out of proportion, I agree) to match the mirrored tactic, or give similar effect to AM's Radiant Lance via mirrored tactic.
Shaman already got intelligence stealing for free, the toughness debuff is absolutely insane, and on a spammable spell wich will benefit to every ally around, it's nonsense to be this powerful, even on a 11pts tactic.
There aren't "exact" mirror classes. There are just some abilitys destro get from order side because of "balance", from a technical point of view there is absolute NO WAY to get destro stuff to order (no mirror classes, you know, game would implode!)
Edit: AAAND Slayer has rampage!

oh yeah, and the fact that this tactic has been around for over a year without anyone (order) noticing shows how OP it really is.
More like been around for 12 years.

It does not change that is too big numbers and when besides you have many dots, so how should i cleanse it, if it's repeatable also ?
Dps classes have about 200 thoughness at all, it means that after they have 0 !
That's no problem, as it's a linear damage formula and not percentage based. You get some single digit % additional damage at best. Hardly something to worry about.
-216 thoughness is +12% damage but i don't know how the calculation works if you have 0 thoughness...
It isn't percentage based. -200 toughness means for most abilities +40 damage per second, or +60 per GCD.

It is the biggest thoughness debuff for 20 seconds duaration in the game and after getting WL, SW, Engi, WH, Slayer, BW, they have 0 thougness !
More than Half of the Witch Hunters don't use Exit Wounds at all but every dps Shaman has this tactic with debuff and this is range debuff without any cooldown, it makes some disbalance....
Do you think is it right?

How i remember, the same tactic for Archmage had -15% disrupt for Path of Asuryan abilities, but why i don't see it now? I think Archemages should shout about it, if Shaman still has so big thougness debuff

Would be nice to have a secondary effect on that tactic but it's no big deal. Dps sham/am have other issues than worrying about those tactics.
