but who would blame them for wanting to put off as long as posisble what awaits them at 40? double 12man rank 80 to 99 premades farming order 18hrs a day every day all year long. can see why these twink order 32 to 39s boys want to stay where they are for as long as possible.

You have to check a lot boxes before you should consider the enemy team being the reason you lose.

This makes even less of a difference than twinking (ie using your gold/mats/etc from your 40 to equip your t1 character).
I'm guessing you haven't reached 40 yet. Premades will be wiping the hell out of you. Prepare yourself.

i give you a tip: level in premade. once you hit 40 do not queue anymore. Scenarios are pathetic to get gear. In rvr i got 34 marks in 1 TM lock (no to mention the rvr from fights). Scenarios rewards are pathetic at best.

Hopefully this includes getting group heal and challenge moved to rank 16! I think this has been a request for years (whenever T2/T3 scens starting at R16 was implemented).

Ability to wield 2h for tanks need to be held back until the tank has used guard and challenge for a while

If any of this is implemented, you'll hear it through the community management team. But it's been brought up internally at least.

New flag mechanics broke a lot of scenarios so that's not helping.
