No as far as I know of there is only the two skaven tunnels in the city that work to allow you to get from one side of the city to the other in very short order.

Been doing some cosmetic work on it an trying to improve where I can.

Just a remind this guide is also linked to the wiki page gang its there to help you guys with the quests there if you run into trouble.
