Tier 2 Gear repairs

To be fair to people who already collected the borked rewards, you could delete all T2 inf rewards being worn or in inventory/vault, keep player influence the same as it was before and change the flag to say whether a particular reward has been taken to no

Tnx for the gear repairs Scanroc. Now this is just a request so feel free to ignore me if you have better things to do with your time. Alot of the ch inf rewards have missing stats and more importantly the ch8 and ch9 inf rewards as when repaired they are a great option if you cannot get your hands on woe etc gear, if you plan to do any further gear repairs im sure the community would be very grateful if these could also be fixed. Thats right. You did a great Job on the rvr inf items already.

For example the chapter 9 engineer helmet: wolfenburg hardhat is missing the second bonus.
Currently it has +25 Toughness. But according to the internet also should have +9 wounds.
