Power through + rampage = rampage duration only 10 seconds most of the time.
this could be said also on the marauders "Piercing Bite" tactic.Coryphaus wrote: and slayers are not ment to be tank killers
I wouldn't brand knight as best defense tank. It is best grp support tank which can also be achieved with 2h paired with a offensive setup. Beside you can always have 2 knight (one offensive 2h and one S&B) in party for maximum aura coverage and utility - 6 auras, double crit chance bonus, heal debuff, wounds debuff etc.Coryphaus wrote:Don't give **** about how crap was in t4 cause t4 balance was broken was **** with all the lotd pocket items some having the pay2win "rr expansion". Even with out rr points shield rush + coordination gives you such a big block and parry rate relative to all other classes atm and any sane kotbs is going to put at least 9 points to mid tree to get their kd.
Imho 20s is plenty of time to build up max rage especially iirc rampage didn’t even need a target to activate the ability and let slayers do good AoE and ST while the heavy nerfs to choppas AoE tree relegated to st only
And I just find the whole concept of undefendable attacks stupid and I just want to see something done to put choppa’s and slayer’s on even footing.
When you can blow up people in like 2-3 seconds their's something wrong with you game
And it doesn't matter any way cause kobs is a tank and also the best dam defensive in the game and to make the argument against the blatant synergy of shield rush + coordination + runefang is rather foolish IMHO especially here right now in t2
And if you wanna make arguments about t4 bring them up when they matter in like 2 years when ror reaches it and then they might be relevant
Nah, Rampage is not OP. ID is. And Shatter Limbs.Luth wrote:I'm not defending rampage cause it's OP, butthis could be said also on the marauders "Piercing Bite" tactic.Coryphaus wrote: and slayers are not ment to be tank killers
Edit
Suggestion on rampage change i made some time ago: the slayer "only" gets a 50% chance that his attacks can't be avoided by the enemy (calculated for every hit; if the attack doesn't profit from rampage, the normal block/parry chances work).
Actually, marauder have 25% incoming heal debuff. But I agree on other points with you.BreezeKicker wrote:*snip* As for the current meta with only outgoing heal debuffs *snip*
Make a thread on this subject.Coryphaus wrote:If our benevolent devs would be so kind they could switch out that for don’t wanna live foreva and make things fair that would be nice.
A single slayer isnt going to cause much issue with ID. Stick a few guarded with kotbs str & tough aura slayers healed by wp in a warband or city instance and des better get out of the way because that bitch is coming through.Azarael wrote:When I look at ID itself, I am unimpressed. ID is surely only good as a platform to spread proc damage around, right?
