EA Mythic will do nothing as long as this server is not making money off the game, plus they cant do anything because Games workshop Took most of the licensing when the game closed, and as far as I have heard GW is in support of Private Servers continuing this game as they want to see it live on where EA Mythic Failed.

First of all; calm down.
Second of all; a null page increases awareness about the game, so external fans can see and join in.
Third of all; when a null page gets its own members from the forum it belongs to, those members can spread awareness too. Liking and commenting shows up on the person's wall, and their friends see that the null page for Return of Reckoning exists.
