And that damage wasn't relevant outside of solo roming or small scale playsogeou wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 1:46 pm
Chosen's were doing like 1k spam damage on moves lol. **** was super broken with the gear they have and stats. Knight damage was fine.
Warg, I give you **** time to time. But really people know when a class is OP or not. All those Chosen mains knew their were due.wargrimnir wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:09 pmThere isn't much of a roadmap. We have regular discussions, people bring up issues they have concerns with. Changes are generally made under consensus.BelligerentBob wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:08 pm Wow bad time to main a Chosen. Imagine going thru Gunbad, BB/BE, BS, countless keeps, forts, and cities to acquire Bloodlord, Warlord, and Sovereign only to be completely neutered.
I think now is the right time for someone from the RoR team to make a post addressing the community and laying out a roadmap for balancing changes....
So with that said, offensive sets (IE Bloodlord, Oppressors, Triumphant, Warlord and Sovereign) needs to have more Weapon Skill to be placed on them if Knight/Chosen are to be physical damage dealers. There is nearly none on these sets.wargrimnir wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:03 pm They're primarily physical damage dealers outside of a few abilities. For people that were aware of this unintended effect, it's probably a nerf.
mSH already has superior aoe presence due to the higher survivability and utility compared to the WL, can't have everything in one treerillew wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:16 pm If the intention of the pet buff was to accomplish any positive change for MSH, it sincerely failed to do so.
Since the squig pets die indefinitely faster than WL's pet and are pretty much useless in practicality if used in melee range, this ultimately results in MSH being worse off if compared to order counterparts.
WL pet has about 8k wounds depending on your spec, SH melee pet has like 6k wounds. So you think the WL pet is going to live that much longer? Maybe 1 or 2 more hits.rillew wrote: Fri Oct 23, 2020 2:16 pm If the intention of the pet buff was to accomplish any positive change for MSH, it sincerely failed to do so.
