If you get both outgoing and incoming heal debuff on healer his self heal will be reduced to 25%.

No. Your statement is factually wrong. The heal debuff tactics from Dok, Zealot and RP do not stack with any other heal debuff. I'm 95% sure the m4 "Windblock" from Zealots does not stack with any other healdebuff either.dalen wrote: Fri Sep 18, 2020 4:40 pm The stacking rules for heal buffs are already the same as for heal debuffs.
Focused Mending stacks with Blessing of Grungni because Focused Mending adds an extra effect to Stay Focused, but Stay Focused is still an ability, not a tactic.
And as you mentioned Exalted Defenses is outgoing, so therefore stacks with incoming.
Same rules apply to Desperation + Magical Infusion or Aint Done Yet + Shrug it Off.
To discuss the realm balance of this you probably have to take the difference between Discordant Turbulence & Now's Our Chance into account.
Code: Select all
Order: (1 + 0.2 <wp outgoing>) * (1 + 0.25 <RP buff> + 0.15 <KotBS>) = 1.68 Heal
Destro: (1) * (1 + 0.25 <Zealot buff>) = 1.25 Heal
Code: Select all
Order: (1 + 0.2 <wp outgoing>) * (1 + 0.25 <RP buff> + 0.15 <KotBS> - 0.5 <heal debuff>) = 1.08 Heal
Destro: (1) * (1 + 0.25 <Zealot buff> - 0.5 <heal debuff>) = 0.75 Heal
